Tried to find the fix/APAR on the outline view...

But the link is busted, and IBM is spelled backwards! And the "report the Issue" button is broken! <LOL>

This usually occurs when I open a member and do SAVE-AS a different name.

Did you try to click on the Sort by Name of the Outline? It usually fixes it for me.
