Your secure storage might have gotten corrupted ... it's rare, but has
happened to me once or twice.

Windows -> Preferences -> General -> Security -> Secure Storage

Click on the Contents tab, then the Delete button.

ALL your saved passwords will be removed, but the secure storage will be
reinitialized.
