I tried both: the first time I ran the installation as administrator; then I got the administrator rights, so I restarted the PC and retried but nothing changed. Now I'm going to try both at the same time.

I never found any other reason than missing administrator privileges.
Did you right click the RDi icon and select "Run as administrator" or did you just click it because your user profile is a member of the "Administrator" group?

I am not sure, but I assume that it is not enough being a member of the "Administrator" group.
