I found a better work-around. Although the popup window says "Checking
License Status" the lower right status bar says "Live Parsing 0%". So,
figuring it was source related, I cleared the following directory in the
workspace, and that corrected it.

C:\Users\darren\IBM\rationalsdp\workspace\RemoteSystemsTempFiles\SYSNAM\QSYS.LIB

This happened again this morning. Now, I've reinstalled RDi 9.6.0.3, and
started a new workspace. The old workspace still hung at the same issue
described below, so, a new workspace and the 2 hours it takes me to
recover again. I'll probably open a PMR if this occurs again.

Started up RDi 9.6.0.3 this morning, and it say, "Checking License
Status", and stays there locked up. I haven't seen this issue before. The

only way I could find to resolve it was to rename/delete my workspace and
it started up fine then. I just got done resetting my preferences last
week after starting a new workspace to resolve the memory leak issue, so I

wasn't excited to do this again.
