Have you used the Alt-L Alt-C Alt-M combinations? They're another set of select/copy/move things that might already do what you want, except that Alt-C and Alt-M put the copied item after the current line.

Take a look and vote for it if you like it.

I added this because I've seen the lack of this as an argument to keep
using SEU. (Although you can use the SEU commands in LPEX to copy/move
before.)
