-I log into PA and I have a link for "IBM Rational Developer for I RPG & COBOL Tools".
-That link asks me what OS and language. I leave them set to all and click Go.
-That takes me to a Download software page. I have options for "Required: 3 files (5966MB)", "Recommended: 13 files (9315MB)" and "Documentation: 1 files (9MB)". I tried the documentation, but it just contained the QuickStartGuide in various languages.

In PA you should be able to look at the entitlement doc for RDI and it should tell you how many licenses were purchased.
