All,

Running 9.6.0.1 but 9.5.12 works the same

Created a new table that uses varchar columns...

Was freaked out when the outline didn't show the columns as varchar..

Tried both local & global f-specs and as an external DS.

Is this a known issue, working as designed or a bug? I don't recall seeing
this before. But it's been awhile since I had access to a table with
VARCHAR columns.

Compile listing confirms that the columns are being imported as varchar.

Thanks!
Charles
