I am trying to debug a program using SEP, and I keep getting "CPF4203
appeared during OPEN". I tried clicking the "Update production files"
checkbox in the SEP Edit Configuration dialog. Still getting the same
message.

I check it under Run/Debug / IBM i Debug.
