Buck,

Please do NOT get me wrong, I love RDI 9.6.0.1. But we have ran into problems for whatever reason.

My fellow developer tried to solve his RDi 9.6.0.1 not starting up by running it with the "-clean" option. Watch the short video of his computer LOOPING with the RDI splash screen...

Check this out:

He had ENOUGH! He uninstall RDI 9.6.0.1. Delete his workspace, and did a fresh install. And then he was able to start RDi 9.6.0.1 after a fresh re-install. Only took him about 1.5 hours out his schedule. No wonder he was NOT HAPPY. I do not blame him!

I cannot help but to think that their might be a possible problems with their windows-7. It a much older laptop. But, RDi 9.5 works great!!!

Data point: I have a very old (6+ years) Win 7 32-bit PC at work. RDi
9.6.0.1 is very stable for me and my colleagues. FWIW, 9.6.0.1 is also stable on my even older Win 10 64-bit PC at home.
