"Show Block nesting" doesn't handle /IF DEFINED compiler options

Found an issue with the "show block nesting" and also "select block" and
"jump to block end".

It's not handling blocks like so..

exsr huh;
*inlr = *on;
return;

C huh begsr
C if 0 = 0
/IF NOT DEFINED(WEB)
C IF 1 =1
//doing greeen screen
/ELSEIF DEFINED(WEB)
C IF 2 = 2
// something special
/ENDIF
//do something
C ENDIF
C endif
C endsr

Is this a known issue, or should I open a PMR?
