I went through this about 20 minutes ago.
Based on some of the installation help notes I started up RDi as
administrator before applying the updates.
It all worked fine for me, I did get a question about digital signatures
at some point I clicked ok and it all worked fine.
I think that the problems I had on my other install ( 9.5 ) might have
been due to not installing as administrator when it was installed into the
default program files directory.
Did you start up RDi as admin before running the install?
