Hi,

At the weekend (Saturday) it happened that I had to disconnect from a remote system because of a scheduled PWRDWNSYS. Unfortunately I did not close all remote source members before closing RDi 9.6. Then I had a really bad idea, because I wanted to check something offline and I started RDi again, which ended in the following loop:

1) RDi displays a message box, telling me that the connection to the remote system could not be established.

2) After having pressed the OK button it displays the signon dialog to the remote system.

3) Since the remote system is down, the only option I have is to click cancel.

4) Apparently RDi did not understand the "Cancel" request and started over with step 1.

There was no way to get out of the loop but killing the RDi process and I had to wait for Sunday, because then the remote system was online again. The source member that I had left open has 23 includes and first I thought that I had click "Cancel" 23-times. I did not keep track about the number of times that I clicked the "Cancel" button. But I felt as if I had clicked it a hundred times.

Is that a known problem? Can someone confirm the problem before I open a PMR?
Thomas.
