Yes, 9.6.0.1, it has bugged me for a while now, but it seems to have become
more prevalent. Why cn I just right click anywhere in an RPG source to set
a SEP?

The menu option for Set Service Entry Point does not always show up on the
right click menu for an RPG source.

One place it fails to show up is if the cursor is on any line that is not
the start of a line of code. This includes comments, blank lines,
declarations, and continuation lines.
