× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

I can make the error list appear/disappear under the debug perspective, but
not RSE.

If it is icon, it sure is hidden

Show View > Other, then in the filter box type 'error' sans quotes.
You'll see the IBM i Error List there.

If you don't, perhaps the view has been minimised, and is now an icon
along the bottom or side of the RDi screen. Hover over them to find it.
