The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

If you license is showing a state of Nodelock that probably means that you
have the UAC turned down for convenience and Windows let you run IM as a
user without sufficient elevation to correctly update the IM license stuff.
The result is that it half updates the license and leaves things in the
Nodelock state. To fix this uninstall RDI 9.6 then re-install RDI 9.6 then
follow the instructions in the README with the Activation Kit that will
tell you to start IM directly (from the Windows Start menu) then use the
Manage Licenses wizard to apply the Activation Kit and you will be fine.
