OK, I called IBM and they are looking.
They also said it might only be available in Passport advantage and that they are not putting license keys in the "Rational License Key Center" any longer.
Is that true? Or is the IBM guy misinformed?

When I log into the rational license key center it only shows keys up to 9.5.
I have a proof of entitlement certificate that shows we are good till july of 2018.
Whats wrong?
