To show the view Window -> Show View -> Other ...

Type "data" in the filter and select Data Source Explorer.

Right click on Database Connections and select "New" - you'll see
the dialog. The "Optional" tag is where you are supposed to be able
to put keywords and values but it just wasn't working for me.
Hopefully with the keyword reference page that Matt has given me I
will do better.

OK, got it. You want something like this.
Oops, they strip screenshots. Try this attachment.

In the Optional tab, enter "naming" in the Property field then tab to the
Value field and enter "system" before clicking the Add button. Repeat
that process for property "autoCommit" and value "true". It worked for
me.
