I have a PMR (PMR 75370,082,000) that is currently being worked on by IBM
that is similar.
My reported problem is when there is a DS that is used as a likeds parm in
multiple procedure definitions. If the DS is defined after the procedures,
then the parser fails and I get no outline at all. If I put the DS
definition before the PR, then all is well...
