Specify DBGVIEW(*LIST), DBGVIEW(*ALL) or DBGVIEW(*COPY) on the CRTBNDRPG or CRTRPGMOD command.
This will include the /COPY statements into the associated debug view.
If using Green Screen DEBUG, use the F15 key to select the appropriate view.
Not sure how to change view if using SEP.
