Is that only for Sub Procedures? Nothing for subroutines?

I don't know the mousey-way, but Ctrl-Shift-O will do two things:
1) Draw the blue outline arrows on the left side.
2) Tell the name of the sub=procedure in the message area at the bottom.

Ctrl-F5 will remove the blue arrows.
