When you get the failure messages, what are you doing? Are you invoking
language sensitive help and on what kind of source?
Thanks,

Well I switched my help links to those below and I am getting failure
messages. Any idea what I need to do different? I tried these links in a
browser window and they came up, so I suspect it's not being blocked except
someway in RDi...

Hi Mike,
I've recently put on the last update. My help links are all working:

Have just performed the following:
Help, Content, Edit, changed URLs to:
https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_72
https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAE4W_9.5.0
Test Connection responded with "Connection Status Failed" .
Any idea what settings I could try changing?
Best regards,
Mike
