This morning I'm getting a page saying "Network Help Unavailable" I
think
IBM must have part of their website down--at least the servers which
handle help. It is odd that we're getting different messages. Plus
(like
you say) the websites come up if you open them directly in a browser,
but
not via RDi. They worked fine for me yesterday.

I've got a couple tasks to complete before I can spend much time on
it,
but if it persists until I'm available, I might open a PMR. It does
seem
like a bug if the website is up, but something hangs between RDi and
the
website.
--------------------------------
Same problem here. (Fortunately, some of the Help specific to IBM i
and
RPG
IV is local as well.)

Brian.

I opened a PMR/SR on this since has persisted over the weekend.

It appears that there was an issue with the Knowledge Center where the
protocol needed to switch from http to https. The Eclipse help client does
not handle the redirect. So if you go into Preferences, Help, Help
contents and change the listed URLs from http to https, everything should
work again.
