This is a really minor quibble, but I've always wondered why we have to
expand either the "Open with" or "Browse with" when there's only one
editor. I understand that IDE's for other platforms probably have more
than one choice, but if there's only one, RDi / Eclipse shouldn't bother me
with having to select it.

That is in 9.5.1.1, I believe it's in Remote systems -> IBM i ->
Subsystem.--
The open dialog also will remember its last open as option if not set.
