Jim,
Thanks! Good suggestion!
I must admit I had some darn flaky problem with keyboard mapping, and it was due to my "soft-Phone" that runs on my laptop using the same keyboard-shortcuts as RDI! Ouch! Many years ago...
I was so thankful that issue was resolved! Sadly, I cannot remember Exactly what it was. Since I just removed the keyboard mapping from my "soft-phone" problem RESOLVED...
That is the problem with windows, so many different thinks to track down!
PS. I will run Anti-virus scan on my company issued laptop tonight.

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] RDI 9.5.1.1 Delete key LOCKING up AGAIN... Only does not work in RDI 9.5.1.1
Ken,
I had that happen a few years ago and it was because of a virus on my PC. It was so invasive I ended up taking it in to a shop to have it fixed. And the virus was not being detected in my anti-virus sw. You might want to check into that.

That's IT's classic response to everything...just restart it...
The Delete issue has been a prior occurrence to me as well but since I have upgraded to 9.5.1 I have had zero occurrences of it. I don't know if it's because I started a new workspace or changed a preference that would prevent something like that from happening again. Kind of like my Windows issue on my home PC where it keeps turning on the proxy settings when a certain application starts up and I can't get my internet to work anymore until I undo it. I can't recall if there was something I did which in turn would fix your problem, but I know it might take some time to isolate the root cause given it happens at random times and infrequently I might add. You make one setting change, not experience the issue for some time, and believe it is therefore fixed, then resurfaces (and applying Murphy's Law, at the worst possible moment).
