I assume there os no such extension point for the outline view, such as the "org.eclipse.ui.decorators" extension point that we use for showing the text description of objects and members. At least I do not know an extension point.

Therefore I assume that has to be done by IBM.

Unless I'm missing it somewhere, I'd like to suggest that label decorations be implemented for file fields in the outline view to show the field's text description.

Don't know if such a request would be better handled by IBM or the iSphere team.
