Hi,

It *NEVER* fails, brag about RDI 9.5.1.1 and it breaks....
<Sad Face>

I was trying to show a newbie the power of RDI SEP (Service Entry
Points), and his laptop froze up! Milky white screen of DEATH!!!
NO Feedback, NO Error Log, No clue what is going on. Just the Milky
white screen of no response and no clue...

I have had no problems whatsoever with 9.5.1.1. Do you have a
anti-malware package as part of the standard install--or even non-standard
for that matter?

I had to disable the anti-malware product we have--I considered it the
malware as it routinely blocked the work I was trying to do. Our PC
Support coordinator tried to configure exceptions for me, but I still had
too many blocked operations and hangs. Once I disabled the anti-malware,
I've not had any problems.

It's a thought as there must be something common to your install and your
Padawan's.
