You can argue semantics all day if you like. However, you're
talking about a non-exported subprocedure vs. an exported subprocedure and
I am talking about an internal (same program/module) subprocedure vs. an
external (different program/module) procedure. That is why I added the
clarification of "inline" to hopefully make it clear enough to avoid
additional questions on the issue.

Agree completely that CLLE supports single (main) procedure *MODULES
only.
There are no subprocedures in CLLE.
