× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I have noticed this in the past with older versions of RDi (9.0). I
haven't seen it with the latest version. The scenario was that an SQL
statement would be incorrect and the outline would just not work until
the SQL was corrected.

Does the outline view work with an RPGLE w/o SQL?
