Do you have authority to the object being debugged?

The connection that is doing the debug needs authority to the object.
I have two connections defined, one with my QPGMR *USRPRF, and the other
with a *SECOFR profile.
I always use the one with the *SECOFR profile for debugging as my other
profile doesn't always have authority to the object being debugged.
