Re: iSphere data queue monitor

Paul,

iSphere 2.9.4.b001 adds a simple "Send data queue entry" dialog to the
data queue monitor view. The dialog is not what I actually wanted to do.
But honestly I had problems to the the "HexText" control (third party
control) working in a popup dialog.

Therefore the current dialog is simple, but at least it works.

removing an item might require removing all and reposting the ones still
required.
