I have made user options that run a couple of Craig's utilities - they don't automatically open the result of converting - but then I don't know that LInoma's does, either - which I've also used.

In addition, Craig's utilities are open source - if you don't like what it does, you can change it.

I have used Craig's tooling and it works great. It can be multiple steps depending on where you are starting from. But it gets the job done!

And I also second the iSphere team adding Craig's tooling to their great tooling. Two greats coming together. Can the world handle it. :)
