Along these same lines without high-jacking this thread, does RDi Outline RPG/400 code other than the starting location of subroutines (BEGSR)? I don't have anything else in my Outline Window but the Subroutine Names one time each.

TIA

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] RDI 9.5.3 - RPG ILE and Indicator references in Outline

I have two questions related to this subject.

The first is that I am at RDI 9.5.1. I just checked with installation manager and after it updated itself (to 1.8.5.1) it didn't find any updates for RDi. I checked IBM support
(http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27038481) and it also lists 9.5.1 as the latest version. Am I missing something?

The second question has to do with indicators and the outline view. I was checking where an indicator was set so I expanded the indicator in
the outline view. There was no indication of the lines where the
indicator was modified. I thought I remembered seeing this in the past.

Should the outline view not display differently lines where an indicator is modified?

Thanks,

Rob

I am wondering if others are seeing this:

I have references in an RPGLE program (not free format), to *IN70 and
*IN(70).

I cannot see references in the outline showing me the *IN(70) usages.

Is there a way I can see these references in the outline view?

TIA,

Paul
