I just had occasion to try this out. I was looking for where a variable was set so I selected the variable and filtered on selection so now only the lines with the variable where displayed. I positioned my cursor on the line where the variable was set and pressed Ctrl-Shift-O and the subroutine containing the line was displayed on the bottom left. Awesome...

This function is available in 9.5.1.0 so you're in luck!
Inside the SUBR, put the cursor on a line that is NOT an IF/END; try a
comment or a calculation line.
Initiate the outline mode, Ctrl-Shift-O.
At the bottom RDi will show the subroutine name.
Ctrl-F5 to stop showing the outlining graphics.
There may be a way to do it with the mouse but I am mouse-challenged, LOL!
