I guess people who work disconnected might use Verify. Personally, I'm always connected and only use Verify to troubleshoot SQL Precompiler errors.

I thought that syntax checker would be a huge problem - but having used the Mac version for a while now I have to confess that I have not noticed.
The verifier was something we told IBM to forget about for the Mac version a long time ago. It was going to be the most costly item to port and rarely seems to be used by most customers (including me these days although I used to “live” in it). If it was the “cost” of getting a native Mac version I am more than happy to pay that price. Syntax checker was an unpleasant surprise but ...
