Good news...I found it. Must have changed a bit from the earlier RDI version as to how to select it. Bad news...it does nothing when I select it. I would expect a screen to come up given the ... that appears to the right of the selection. Also the field isn't added to the Monitors view (which I did open a ticket on a while back but haven't been able to consistently reproduce it, until now).
Any ideas of why it's not working? Something else I need to select?

The watch point feature is available for RDi, but it is only available in the debug editor. You can right click on the variable inside the editor and select the "Add Watch Breakpoint..." action to set a watch point.

OK, maybe I am hallucinating...but in debug I recall the ability to set breakpoints at a variable level in earlier versions of RDi. I could right click in the Breakpoints view and select a watch on a variable. Now I don't see that option anymore. I can do stuff to condition a breakpoint at a line level. But no longer at a watch level for a variable.
