Most of the time, the CLLE code will only auto format if it has been modified somehow.
A solution suggested here before is to just put an "RR" in the prefix area at the start of the block and an "RR" at the end of the block.
This will move the block to the right.
Then, since the block is modified the auto format kicks in and formats the code which causes it to be indented.
