Yes, this is a known issue since an earlier release (can't remember when I first noted it) but I have not had the problem this release...at least not yet. What I have seen at times is the Refresh option (F5) disappearing. When it does happen, not only does it cease to work, but when I bring up the menu only the word Refresh appears and not F5 next to it. It's as if it disassociated itself from the function key. Wonder if that is the same thing happening here?

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Keys stop working
ASSOCIATED BANK SECURITY NOTICE: External email. Please make sure you trust the sender before responding, clicking links or opening attachments.
Twice in the last couple of days I have had issues with keys that stop working in RDi 9.5.0.3. Both times I noticed it was with the Delete key. The second time it happened the Ctl/Shift/A shortcut to open a member also became unresponsive. I was forced to save everything, close RDi, and re-open it. This is a problem that used to occur in previous versions but went away at some point. Is anyone else having this issue with the current version?
