Please open a PMR, especially if that behaviour is different than the
static outline.

Please excuse me if this has already been discussed, but my search of the
archives was unsuccessful.
I'm using 9.5.0.2 to remediate old code and discovered that if the program
was chaining to a file using both the file name and the format name the
outline view will only display usage where the file name was used.
