Thats what I thought but I couldn't find a page that I understood.
The issue is not so much upgrades for new features, which would be nice,
but for maintenance for bug fixes, etc.
Being retired and all, I just do hobby stuff and odds and ends of
projects as they come along. An Annual Contract is probably not an
option for me.
