Hi Justin,
It is true that we put in function in 9.5 to automatically discover the
service programs being called by our programs and to automatically include
them in the coverage analysis. We thought this would be appreciated. But
there are always exceptions :-)

There is a somewhat hidden feature to exclude service programs from a
library, which is under the Run/Debug > IBM i Debug preferences page:
To exclude service programs under a library from code coverage:
1. Check "Include bound service programs when installing source
breakpoints"
2. Use the "Add..." button to add a library to the "Do not include service
program in the following libraries" list

This preference setting was initially designed for another debug feature.
Code coverage also honors the excluded library list if it is specified.
However, this feature can only be used to exclude all service programs
under the specified library. If the user wants a finer control over which
service program to exclude, please open an RFE.

On the "Edit configuration" window, under "Programs or service programs to
be analyzed for code coverage" only my program is listed. The resulting
"Code Coverage Report (Line)" shows my program, as well as two service
programs.
