On the "Edit configuration" window, under "Programs or service programs to be analyzed for code coverage" only my program is listed. The resulting "Code Coverage Report (Line)" shows my program, as well as two service programs.

On the first page of the launch config for code coverage, you specify exactly which programs you want to analyze. If the program is not on that list, it will not be included in the analysis.
