I started RDi v9.5 this morning and every option under the Compile menu has
been duplicated (standard and my own).

Looks like this:

CRTSQLRPGI
CRTSQLRPGI
CRTBNDRPG
CRTBNDRPG
CRTRPGMOD
CRTRPGMOD

I can't delete the default entries. Anyone seen this before or know how to
fix it?
