Hopefully I'm describing this enough that someone knows what I'm talking about.
With RDi 9.1, and actually for a long time with WDSC etc., I had created perspectives with what I call toolbars to the side that had buttons for RSE, Service Entry points, search and so on.
Even the IBM I editing perspective from SoftLanding had them.
Ok, I just tried again and created a new perspective by modifying the default remote systems explorer and doing Window > Save perspective As. First time I reopened it the tool bar was gone. Then I went back in and toolbars were there again.
What's going on? Any ideas?
