Thanks... that's exactly what I did previous to my message. The web install is failing on both PC's.

I manually download and unzipped the file - it installed just fine.

I couldn't get my old PC to hit the URL either. Got the same error... and it had been working since I originally installed it last year (I've used it for several updates).

The first part is the name, the second half is the Link for the install of RDI...

It show more detail installation instructions. I recommend the web-install, rather than the download. But, whatever works for you!


PS. No longer do I need to download/unzip, or whatever else! Just use the link "INSIDE of RDI"...

Now, it does required you create the back-end isphere library, but that is a few mouse clicks...
