Joep,
Hopefully, you already have an IBM "sign in" id... <grin>
Before I registered online, I would just call the IBM support line:
(800) 426-7378
(800) IBM-SERV
I prefer the On-Line method however...
Okay, I am NOT expert on one-line PMR, but I thought I would help by at least give a starting point...
Try to register at:
www.ibm.com/support
Which apparently redirects me here:
https://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/support
Anyway, after you are registered properly, I use this bookmark to enter in new PMR:
https://www-947.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action
Sorry, this is just a general guide line, to "sort of" get the ball rolling... <grin>
Once you get past the initial set up, it is pretty easy...
PS. Before I can work on issues at my work place, I need a "PMR", but we call it a "Help-Ticket". It has to be registered in our system, before I am allowed to look into the issue. I guess a lot of companies have this same procedure. <grin>

Thank you Edmund. Now I'll have to find out how to open a PMR :-(
