Kurt,

The product fixpacks frequently will have an updated level of the Java SDK that is part of the product in order to pick up fixes to the Java SDK.

There are some security fixes to the Java SDK that IBM wants addressed as quickly as possible so that customers are not affected. In those cases, we will ship updates just to the Java SDK instead of waiting for including them in the next product fixpack.

Thanks,
Eric

I see IBM Installation Manager is telling me there is a IBM Java SDK 8.0
SR2 8.0.2.0 update for RDi 9.5.0.2.
I don't recall ever seeing such an update before. Is there anything I should know before going along with the update?
