If you have RDi automatically load a specific workspace every time, rename that workspace.
That should force so RDi to recreate it.

If that allows you to start up, then you know the issue is with your workspace.

Although this wouldn't necessarily tell you why Installation manager won't start. But it's a quick test to see if RDi can start with a fresh workspace.

Mine looks the same. I thought I'd just upgrade to 9.5, but the installation manager won't launch either.
I use soupui for webservices testing and it won't launch. Seems like anything that has it's own jvm will not work.
ACS works fine.
