Just to be clear here, if you have downloaded and now install 9.5.0.0 THEN
apply the 9.0.0.1 fix there is NO CHANGE to the trial license expiry as it
will be based on the 9.5.0.0 trial license. If you need the trial to
expire after Nov 9 then you will need to download 9.0.0.1 and install it.
However if you have a permanent license (Activation Kit) to install it
doesn't matter.

If you installed RDI 9.5.0.0 and find that the trial is expired and you
don't yet have your permanent license then open a PMR and ask for a trial
extension.

If you download 9.5 two months ago, you definitely need to get it again,
and
apply this latest fix to it
