Please try to install the iSphere plug-in as an Administrator, since that solved the same problem a few weeks ago:

I'm using RDi 9.5 & windows 7 and trying to install iSphere for RDi 8.0+. I've tried to install it from the update site and tried to install if from my local desktop but getting the error message below. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed session context was:(profile=IBM Software Delivery Platform com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
