I've not seen this. Is the key working one minute then stops the next? Is it just a problem in an LPEX editor or throughout the whole of RDi? Does it seem to happen when a view pops open? (like the command log, or the compile error messages view.)
One thing you might want to try is the reset perspective entry on the window menu. It resets the perspective you are using to the default (or last saved) view setup/positions. I found that RDi 9.5 messed up some of my perspectives when I first started using it and some of the views I used to have minimized seemed to be missing, but were still there and would popup without the minimized icon being on any toolbars. A reset perspective (on all perspectives I use, RSE, Debug, Data, Java, etc.) cleared this up. My thinking is that a view is popping up and capturing your keypresses, but you are not noticing which view has the keyboard focus. You might have to readjust the perspective to look how you like it after you reset it, but you can save the perspective again as the same name and that will become the default.
Just a few thoughts. I'll completely change my mind if it happens to me.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Delete key stops working
Has anyone else had the situation where the delete key stops working? I can't track down but it has happened several times to me. If I close down RDi it's back working again.
